Job Description
  • Handling end to end recruitment for Store position in Bali & Sumbawa region
  • Identify training needs and conduct training in regular basis
  • Handling employee relation
  • Support data for payroll process

Requirement
  • Minimal 3 years experiences in all HR function (Recruitment, Training, Industrial Relation, Compensation & Benefit)
  • Bachelor degree in Psychology, Law or Human Resource
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Ms. Excel
  • Willing to be placed in Bali and do regular business trip to Sumbawa
  • Willing to work 6 days a week
