Hello everyone Xperteam Consultant is hiring for HR Recruiter.
Job Description :
- Share Job vacancies on various platforms such as LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Glints etc.
Screening CVs that match the qualifications - Contact and schedule interviews with candidates
- Observe and analyze each selected candidate
- Conduct HR interviews with candidates
- Moderate the user interview
- Coordinate with leader and team
- Report interview result
Requirement :
- Bachelor degree of Psychology with minimum 1 years experience as Recruiter/Talent Acquisition
- Conduct interviews for managerial position (is point plus)
- Have knowledge of the recruitment process
- Familiar with job portal, candidate hunting, etc
- Target oriented
- Have good communication skills
- Active, adaptable, and fast learner
Working Hour Monday - Friday (8.00 am - 5.00 pm)
