As WAOW continues to grow and expand its presence in Pagedangan, Kabupaten Tangerang, Banten, we are seeking a dedicated and passionate Human Resources Specialist & Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our company’s mission to create a positive, efficient, and engaging work environment that aligns with our values and growth objectives.
The Human Resources Specialist & Assistant will be responsible for managing various aspects of employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, and training development. Key responsibilities include coordinating job openings, conducting interviews, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. The role also involves supporting the HRD team in developing programs that enhance employee engagement, performance, and career growth. Additionally, this position requires strong communication skills to interact effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
We are looking for a female candidate with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. Candidates should have between 1 and 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the retail or service industry. Strong skills in People Development, Payroll, English Language, Hiring, Recruitment, and Human Resource Development (HRD) are required.
