Job Desc :
- Conducting end-to-end recruitment
- Performing new employee onboarding and company culture induction
- Proficient in using assessment tools
- Conducting candidate interviews (via phone, video, and in-person)
- Support for HRGA and office administration
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree, from Psychology or any related field
- Minimal 1-2 years experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Experience in executing various position and level (must have recruit for IT positions)
- Able to deal with many stakeholders and users (especially C level)
- Handle tasks related to employer branding will be additional value
- Handle in HR administration
- Effective communication skills
