Job description for HR Recruitment at Sailun Group
- Proven experience in recruiting for the manufacturer industry minimum 1 yrs.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for various roles, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and final selection.
- Use data-driven selection criteria and skills assessments to ensure candidates meet the dynamic requirements of the Manufacture industry.
- Proficient in computer operation, particularly in Microsoft Office, such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Applicant Tracking System.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify future hiring needs aligned with market trends and manufacture industry growth.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various priorities and meet deadlines.
- Chinese speaker minimum HSK 3.
- Responsible for assisting in recruiting and selection process, listing the best candidates and contacting them, arranging interviews, cooperation with external agencies and maintaining databases
- Prepare internal and external job advertisements, web postings, specifications for external recruitment agencies, job descriptions and other materials in accordance with the organization's recruitment standards and business needs.
- Respond to enquiries from candidates, check references, select candidates and provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
- Responsible for handling end-to-end promotion process such as job fair event and campus hiring.
