Job Desc :
- Proceed hiring request from Hiring Managers based on MPP approved
- Create Job Ads on company's career site and various recruitment platform
- Source and screen candidates by using databases through career site and various recruitment platform
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Arrange candidate's interview schedule with Hiring Managers
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to create strategies for manpower fulfillment
- Create and deliver offer proposal that has been approved by management to candidate
- Create and prepare candidate's letter of agreement
