HR RECRUITMENT
Job Descriotion:
- Analyze employee needs (Manpower planning)
- Compile job description & job specification
- Post job openings on various media (LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Glints, Instagram, etc.)
- Conducting psychological tests or assessments
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment
- Establish communication with candidates
- Create & manage candidate databases
- Conduct an analysis of the right man, right place, right time
- Create an employer branding strategy to attract qualified candidates
- Build good communication with all departments and projects.
Requirements:
- Female, Bachelor's degree in major Psychology or Management (Psychology Industry and Organisations/Human Resource Management Prefered).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field. Preferably creative industry
- Able to carry out assesments using psychological test tools.
- Experienced in various selection processes (screening, interviewing, offering, etc.).
- Have the ability in the legal field (a plus point).
- Able to work in teams and individually.
- Can join immediately, Yogyakarta placement. Preferably domiciled in Yogyakarta
Office hours: Monday-Friday (08:00-17:00)
