Job description for HR Recruitment at DCT Agency

  • Plan and execute the recruitment process, developing a strategy that attracts both active and passive candidates.
  • Use different sourcing channels, such as job boards, LinkedIn, company website, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and university partnerships.
  • Proactively search for potential candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, and social media.
  • Engage with passive candidates through cold outreach and employer branding efforts.
  • Build and nurture a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Review incoming applications and resumes, assessing candidates’ experience, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Initial Screening Interviews
  • Utilize behavioral interviews and competency-based questioning techniques to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and personality.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and users, ensuring a smooth and timely process.
  • Present and negotiate job offers with selected candidates : offering clear explanations of compensation structures, benefits packages, and other perks.
  • Ensure all required pre-employment checks (background, references, etc.) are completed before onboarding.
  • Coordinate with IT, facilities, and other departments to ensure all necessary tools (computers, access to systems, etc.) are ready for the new hire's first day.
  • Work with the HR team to ensure all new hires are onboarded effectively, completing required documentation and ensuring smooth integration into the company.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.

Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within an HR department or recruitment agency.
  • Familiarity with full-cycle recruitment, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Tight with deadline & targer oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong teamwork skills with a collaborative approach to work.
  • Positive attitude and passion for building a positive candidate experience
