Key Responsibilities:
- End to end recruitment.
- Design and implement systems for performance reviews and KPI evaluation.
- Analyze training needs and design learning & development programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Field, such as psychology, management, or related.
- Be able to do end to end recruitment, such as job posting, screening, interview until on boarding for new employee
- Be able to create or even understanding with evaluation methodologies for employees performance
- Familiar with psychology test tools and Interviews method to be applies for assessment
- Familiar with timeline management for execute job descriptions such as recruitment
- Familiar to be a speaker or have a good rate for interpersonal skill
- Communicative, adaptive and can be collaborate with all elements of company, such as operational teams or even head office teams
