🔍 Responsibilities:
1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Talent back office, from sourcing to onboarding
2. Actively source candidates through platform Job, social media, communities, and referrals
3. Conduct interviews and talent assessment
4. Collaborate closely with operations and talent management teams to meet recruitment targets
5. Maintain and update talent databases and recruitment records
6. Clearly communicate company policies, work systems, and benefits to candidates
7. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets
8. Stay up to date with live streaming and social media trends to improve sourcing strategies
🎯 Qualifications:
1. Male/Non Hijab Female
2. Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology or Human Resources Management
3. English proficiency (written & verbal) as a working language
4. Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition / HR Recruiter
5. Comfortable working with targets, KPIs, deadlines, and timelines
6. Good understanding of recruitment processes and Administration.
7. Strong communication & interpersonal skills
8. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and strong in time management
9. Able to work independently and in a team
10. Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
11. Interest in live streaming, digital content, or startup industry is a plus
12. Proactive, fast learner, adaptable, resilient, and results-oriented 💪
