INTERVIEW HARI DI KANTOR ANCOL (OFFLINE)

Tugas Dan Tanggung Jawab

• Menyusun strategi dan melaksanakan proses rekrutmen sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan.

• Membuat dan menyebarkan informasi lowongan melalui berbagai media.

• Melakukan penyaringan CV, wawancara awal, serta mengatur jadwal seleksi lanjutan.

• Menjalin komunikasi yang baik dengan kandidat selama proses rekrutmen.

• Membuat dan mengelola database kandidat.

• Mendukung proses onboarding agar karyawan baru dapat beradaptasi dengan baik.

Kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan:

• Pendidikan minimal Diploma semua jurusan

• Wanita Usia minimal 24 tahun

• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang rekrutmen, terutama massive hiring lebih disukai.

• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal yang baik.

• Memiliki komitmen tinggi terhadap hasil kerja dalam lingkungan yang dinamis dan menantang.
