- Manage and develop the job portal and its daily activities.
- Manage job postings across the job portal and social media channels.
- Increase user engagement and platform activity.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring partners to expand job opportunities.
- Grow community awareness through recruitment and career engagement activities.
- Support talents throughout the recruitment process to achieve successful placement.
- Deliver training and classes based on program and participant needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve placement, user growth, partnership, and learning targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR.
- Experience in teaching, training, mentoring, or career development.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Familiar with recruitment processes and job portals.
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
