- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under hiring targets and deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Willing to work in a mobile working arrangement.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions.
- Source, screen, and schedule candidates for interviews.
- Ensure hiring targets are fulfilled within the agreed timeline.
- Post and manage job vacancies across recruitment platforms.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Support onboarding processes for new employees.
- Assist with basic HR administrative tasks and employee documentation.
