Job description for HR Personalia at PT. Modernland Realty, Tbk
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
- Menjalankan proses rekrutmen dari awal hingga onboarding karyawan baru
- Mengelola dan memelihara administrasi karyawan, termasuk data pribadi, riwayat pekerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan dan Ketenagakerjaan, serta informasi lainnya yang relevan
- Memproses administrasi terkait cuti, izin, absensi, dan lembur
- Mendukung dalam pelaksanaan program pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan
- Menangani proses administrasi pengunduran diri, mutasi, rotasi, dan demosi karyawan
Kualifikasi :
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Manajemen/Administrasi/keilmuan terkait
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang HR Personalia
- Memahami undang-undang ketenagakerjaan dan kebijakan HR terkini
- Mahir dalam penggunaan aplikasi Ms. Office
- Memiliki pengalaman dalam penggunaan aplikasi HRIS
- Bersedia untuk penempatan Cikande, Banten
