Job description for HR Performance & Talent Acquisition at Skolla Education

Job Description :

Performance Strategy & Framework: Design and drive end-to-end performance management (KPIs/OKRs, appraisal cycles, continuous feedback, and PIPs) aligned with business goals.
⁠⁠Competency & Talent Planning: Build competency models, map succession pipelines, and drive talent development initiatives.
Competency-Based Talent Acquisition: Partner with leads on competency-based hiring, candidate interviews, and structured probation goal-setting.
People Analytics & Advisory: Leverage performance data to deliver strategic recommendations on promotions, rewards, and headcount planning.
Culture & Engagement Initiatives: Champion company values, recognition programs, and employee engagement surveys to foster a high-performance culture.

Requirements :

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR Management, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including 2 years in a managerial role
Proven track record designing and implementing performance programs from scratch
Strong command of KPIs, OKRs, and competency frameworks
Analytical, strategic, and a confident communicator with management
Nice to have: startup/edtech experience or an HR certification
