Job Description
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process (posting, screening, interview scheduling, offering, onboarding)
- Manage employee administration and HR documentation
- Process payroll preparation, attendance checking, overtime, and payroll recap
- Monitor employee performance review and probation evaluation
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary process, and resignation flow
- Coordinate training and employee development programs
- Maintain HR database, employee records, and reporting
- Support HR operational needs across all store and head office
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR, preferably in F&B or hospitality industry
- Strong understanding of payroll, recruitment, and HR operations
- Familiar with attendance management and employee administration
- Able to work independently and handle multiple priorities
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and highly responsible
- Proficient in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Willing to work in a fast-paced operational environment
