About the Role

Join us as an HR Operations Officer and take ownership of day-to-day HR processes, from employee records and employment documents to HR administration and employee services. You will work closely with employees, managers, and project teams, so being organized, responsive, accurate, and positive in communication is essential. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, employment contracts, and HR documentation, including onboarding, offboarding, credentials, and email/access activation and deactivation.
- Prepare employment letters, HR memos, and other employee-related documents, and respond to HR administrative requests from employees and management professionally and positively.
- Manage BPJS administration and other employee benefits, ensuring employee data and documentation are complete and up to date.
- Prepare and maintain employee data for payroll and HR reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Manage the Organization Regulation (Peraturan Organisasi) renewal process from preparation and coordination through completion, printing, and distribution of the final document to all employees.
- Ensure HR processes and documentation are accurate, timely, complete, and compliant with applicable regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, with 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, Payroll, or a related HR function.
- Strong understanding of HR administration and employment documentation.
- Highly detail-oriented, accurate, organized, and reliable, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
- Comfortable working with numbers and Excel; experience or interest in Payroll and PPh21 is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and service-oriented attitude.
- Adequate English communication skills, both written and verbal, and proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling employee information.
