Job Description:

Mengumpulkan, mengelola, dan memvalidasi data organisasi (struktur organisasi, job profile, job description, workflow, dan beban kerja)
Membantu pelaksanaan organization diagnostic melalui survei, wawancara, dan observasi.
Mendukung implementasi blueprint organisasi, sosialisasi culture internalization (nilai dan perilaku kerja), serta sistem manajemen kinerja (KPI, appraisal, dan monitoring).
Mengelola data asesmen potensi dan kompetensi karyawan untuk mendukung Individual Development Plan (IDP).
Mengelola data OD, people analytics dasar, dan penyusunan laporan periodik yang transparan dan informatif.
Mendorong digitalisasi operasional HR, dashboard real-time, dan dokumentasi terintegrasi.
Menjadi penghubung operasional antara divisi HR dengan unit kerja terkait untuk suksesnya program OD.

Qualifications:

Pendidikan minimal S1 Psikologi, manajemen SDM, atau bidang terkait.
Pengalaman kerja 0-3 tahun di bidang Human Resource/OD/HR Generalist (terbuka untuk freshgraduate)
Mahir mengoperasikan Ms. Excel / Spreadsheet dan google workspace.
Terbiasa mengolah dan menganalisis data (lookup functions, pivot table, dan dasar formula statistik untuk people analytics).
Memiliki kemampuan analytical thinking yang kuat, terbiasa bekerja rapi, teliti, dan sistematis.
