Job description for HR Organizational Development at KBB Automotive
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate On-the-Job Training (OJT) programs and ensure timely submission of OJT evaluations.
- Support the implementation of performance appraisals for contract renewal, promotion, and employee development.
- Coordinate training programs, competency mapping, and employee development initiatives.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, SOPs, work instructions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Learning & Development in a manufacturing company.
- Understanding of Occupational Health & Safety (OHS/K3) implementation is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
