Job Description
Supervise daily HR operations: attendance, leave, overtime, and employee data administration.
Lead and coordinate the HR admin team to ensure accurate and timely HR processes.
Oversee payroll data preparation, BPJS administration, and employment contracts (PKWT/PKWTT).
Manage recruitment and onboarding together with hiring managers.
Handle employee relations issues and ensure compliance with company rules and labor regulations.
Prepare HR reports and propose improvements to HR operational processes.
Coordinate with management and all departments on HR matters.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Law, Management, or a related field.
Domiciled in Bali.
Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or senior role.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law, payroll, and BPJS.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
High integrity and able to handle confidential information.
