Job Description
- Conduct regular on-site visits to monitor employee conditions, workplace discipline, and operational HR implementation.
- Spend most working time in the field to ensure HR support is delivered effectively across departments or locations.
- Identify employee issues and coordinate with relevant parties to provide practical and timely solutions.
- Prepare visit reports, operational summaries, and event-related HR reports for management.
- Ensure HR team members in operational areas perform their responsibilities according to company standards.
- Supervise attendance, leave requests, maternity administration, and employee benefit processes.
- Assist in handling employee relations matters and follow up on HR operational concerns.
- Monitor implementation of HR policies, procedures, and workplace regulations in the field.
- Support communication between field employees and management regarding HR matters.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support required administrative follow-up.
- Provide HR support during company events or special operational activities.
- Carry out other related HR operational tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or a related major.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR coordination, HR supervision, or similar field-based HR roles.
- Enjoy working in the field and interacting directly with employees.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Good understanding of HR operational processes, attendance, leave, overtime, and employee insurance matters.
- Able to prepare reports and maintain organized administrative documentation.
- Detail-oriented and responsive in handling employee and operational issues.
- Able to adapt to dynamic work situations and shifting priorities.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including shifts or event schedules.
