Qualifikasi:

*Pria/Wanita

*Max 30 Tahun

*Min S1 Psikologi, Manajemen SDM, Manajemen, Administrasi Bisnis, Hukum atau bidang terkait.

*Min 2-5 tahun pengalaman di bidang HR Operations/HR

* Pengalaman di perusahaan property, real estate, hotel, atau perusahaan jasa menjadi nilai tambah

*Terbiasa menggunakan Microsoft Office dan Google Workspace

*Memahami administrasi BPJS Kesehatan dan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan

*Memahami proses administrasi payroll, attendance, overtime, dan employee benefits

*Pernah membantu atau membuat dalam Organization development

*Mampu memanfaatkan AI untuk mendukung pekerjaan administrasi dan operasional HR

* Paham dalam pembuatan Traning Need Analyst (TNA)

* Paham Proses recruitment

*Good English proficiency, both written and spoken.
