Job Description
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and HR administration for teachers and educational support staff.
- Maintain and oversee HR records, employment contracts, attendance, leave management, employee documentation, and other personnel administration processes.
- Coordinate payroll administration, compensation, benefits, allowances, and incentive programs in collaboration with the finance team.
- Develop and implement performance management systems, career development frameworks, talent management initiatives, and succession planning strategies.
- Design, organize, and monitor training programs, professional development initiatives, certifications, coaching activities, and employee bonding or scholarship programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and internal school policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations matters, disciplinary processes, workplace issues, and employee grievance resolution.
- Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and strategic insights to support management decision-making.
- Foster a positive, productive, and values-driven workplace culture aligned with the school's vision and mission.
- Act as the primary liaison between management and employees, supporting the implementation of HR policies, employee engagement programs, well-being initiatives, and retention strategies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Human Capital, or a related function.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, personnel administration, employee relations, and talent development practices.
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience working in educational institutions, including schools and boarding schools, will be an advantage.
