Job description for HR Officer at Cosan Coffee
* Support daily HR operations and administrative activities for outlet and back office teams.
* Assist end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, offering, onboarding, and hiring administration.
* Maintain employee records, contracts, attendance, leave, overtime, and HR documentation accurately.
* Support payroll preparation, BPJS administration, and employee data management.
* Coordinate onboarding, training activities, and employee development administration.
* Assist employee engagement programs, internal communication, and company culture initiatives.
* Support performance review, probation monitoring, and employee evaluation processes.
* Handle HR inquiries and coordinate HR matters with store managers and employees.
* Prepare HR reports and ensure compliance with labor regulations, company policies, and SOPs.
* Support employee relations, disciplinary processes, and other operational HR initiatives.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR/Admin/Recruitment role; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Familiar with HR administration, recruitment processes, and employee documentation.
• Basic understanding of labor law, BPJS administration, and HR operational processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, especially Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environments.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional attitude and able to maintain confidential information properly.
• Willing to coordinate across outlets and support operational HR activities as needed.
• Willing to do regular outlet visits and support operational HR activities across multiple locations.
• Flexible and able to adapt to operational working environments.
