What you'll be doing
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, prepare and manage PKWT. Maintain and update new hire employee database accurately for payroll processing purposes.Ensure employee data, contracts, and HR documents are properly organized and confidentially maintained.
2. Manage and maintain employee attendance records accurately, Monitor employee clock-in and clock-out data, leave, overtime, and absences. Prepare attendance summary reports for payroll processing.
3. Handle the full cycle of Airport Pass applications and renewals, ensuring timely submission and compliance with relevant requirements.
4. Maintain strong external relationships with government institutions, particularly Otoritas Bandara Soekarno-Hatta (OTBAN)
5. Implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives
