HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER (FULL-TIME)

PT. Sky Garden Bali is seeking an energetic, organised, and people-focused Human Resources Officer to join our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting one of Bali's leading entertainment and hospitality businesses by recruiting, coordinating, and managing a large casual workforce that supports our daily operations, special events, and venue activations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing quality talent, maintaining a casual staff database, coordinating workforce deployment, and ensuring the company has access to reliable personnel whenever operational demands require.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Source, attract, and recruit suitable casual and part-time staff.

• Screen applications and conduct candidate assessments.

• Interview prospective casual staff members.

• Verify qualifications, references, and suitability for employment.

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.

Workforce Coordination

• Create and maintain a comprehensive casual staff database.

• Manage employee records and recruitment documentation.

• Contact and schedule casual staff according to operational requirements.

• Coordinate staffing requirements for daily operations and special events.

• Ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained across all departments.

Scheduling & Administration

• Prepare and manage casual workforce rosters and shift allocations.

• Submit lists of available and suitable staff to management as required.

• Monitor staff availability and attendance.

• Assist with onboarding and induction processes.

• Maintain accurate employment and scheduling records.

Operational Support

• Work closely with department managers to identify staffing needs.

• Assist management with workforce planning and event staffing requirements.

• Ensure the smooth deployment of staff across the business.

• Support the company's operational objectives through effective people management.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential Requirements

• Energetic Male or Female.

• Minimum Diploma III or Bachelor's Degree.

• Preference given to candidates with qualifications in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Professional appearance and presentation.

• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer systems.

• Flexible and willing to work weekends, public holidays, and shift-based schedules when required.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, Workforce Coordination, or Personnel Administration.

• Experience within hospitality, nightlife, food & beverage, events, or entertainment industries is highly regarded.

• Experience managing large casual or part-time workforces is advantageous.
