- About the Role
e+e coffee is looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Officer to help build a high-performing team.
You will play an important role in recruitment, employee training, SOP implementation, onboarding, and people development.

- Responsibilities
Manage recruitment and interview processes.
Conduct onboarding for new employees.
Organize and deliver employee training.
Update, and implement SOPs.
Follow up on employee performance and development.
Support managers in building effective teams.
Maintain HR records and documentation.
Help create a positive workplace culture.
- Requirements
Bachelor's Degree.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Previous HR experience is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable speaking in front of groups and conducting training sessions.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Good English communication skills.
Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
