Syarat Kualifikasi:
1. Pendidikan & Pengalaman:
- Minimal S1 di bidang Manajemen SDM, Psikologi, Hukum, atau jurusan terkait.
- Pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun di bidang HR Personalia/Administrasi.
2. Keahlian Teknis:
- Pemahaman mendalam tentang proses penggajian (payroll), administrasi karyawan, dan regulasi ketenagakerjaan di Indonesia.
- Familiar dengan pengelolaan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan dan Kesehatan.
- Mampu menyusun dan mengelola kontrak kerja, serta administrasi personalia lainnya.
- Pengalaman dengan sistem HRIS adalah nilai tambah.
3. Soft Skills:
- Kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan mampu membangun hubungan yang positif dengan karyawan.
- Teliti, terorganisir, dan mampu bekerja dengan tenggat waktu yang ketat.
- Proaktif, memiliki kemampuan problem-solving yang baik, serta mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.
4. Keunggulan Tambahan:
- Pemahaman dasar tentang manajemen kinerja dan pengembangan karyawan.
- Pengalaman bekerja di perusahaan IT atau perusahaan dengan skala internasional.

Job Desk:
1. Administrasi Personalia:
- Mengelola dokumen-dokumen terkait karyawan, termasuk kontrak kerja, cuti, dan pengunduran diri.
- Memastikan data karyawan selalu diperbarui di sistem HRIS atau file administrasi perusahaan.
2. Proses Penggajian (Payroll):
- Menyiapkan data gaji, lembur, dan potongan karyawan secara akurat setiap bulan.
- Mengelola proses administrasi BPJS, PPh 21, dan tunjangan karyawan.
3. Kepatuhan Regulasi:
- Memastikan seluruh proses HR sesuai dengan undang-undang dan regulasi ketenagakerjaan di Indonesia.
- Menangani audit dokumen kepegawaian jika diperlukan.
4. Dukungan Karyawan:
- Menangani pertanyaan dan kebutuhan karyawan terkait administrasi personalia.
- Mendukung proses orientasi karyawan baru, termasuk induksi dan dokumentasi onboarding.
5. Pengelolaan Data:
- Menyusun laporan bulanan terkait data kepegawaian dan penggajian.
- Mengidentifikasi peluang untuk meningkatkan efisiensi proses administrasi.

- Mengelola administrasi karyawan secara keseluruhan, termasuk penggajian, kontrak kerja, dan dokumen kepesertaan BPJS.
- Menjamin kepatuhan perusahaan terhadap regulasi ketenagakerjaan Indonesia.
- Menjadi penghubung antara karyawan dan manajemen dalam urusan administrasi personalia.
- Memberikan dukungan HR untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang profesional dan harmonis.
- Melaporkan dan menganalisis data kepegawaian untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan strategis.
