Job description for HR Officer (Maternity Leave Coverage) at Pt IDPay Asia Jaya

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle daily HR operational activities and employee administration.
  • Manage attendance, leave, overtime, and employee data records.
  • Support payroll administration and HR documentation.
  • Prepare HR-related letters and documents such as employment letters, warning letters, internal memos, and employee correspondence.
  • Coordinate recruitment process including scheduling interviews and candidate communication.
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding administration.
  • Coordinate BPJS administration and other employee benefit matters.
  • Maintain employee files and ensure HR documents are properly updated and organized.
  • Support employee relations and respond to employee inquiries related to HR matters.
  • Assist management in ensuring company policies and HR procedures are implemented properly (Discuss with HR Spv first)
  • Coordinate with GA or other departments when needed for operational matters.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years experience as HR Officer / HR Generalist.
  • Able to work independently and handle HR operational matters end-to-end.
  • Familiar with Indonesian labor regulations and HR administration.
  • Experienced in handling attendance, recruitment, employee administration, and HR documentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Able to join immediately (Early August) is preferred.
