Job description for HR Mandarin Speaker at PT KJP Teknologi Indonesia
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR professional who is fluent in Mandarin to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR functions while effectively communicating with Mandarin-speaking employees and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
Administer employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Prepare and manage HR documentation, including contracts and reports.
Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
Provide support for training and development programs.
Act as the liaison for Mandarin-speaking employees and ensure clear communication.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Fluency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) is a must.
At least 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
