Tugas dan Pekerjaan:

Melakukan Recruitment, Training, HRM, HRIS
Menjaring kandidat Staff dan Operator Produksi
Melakukan Pengembangan Organisasi di Perusahaan
Membawahi HRD dan IT Staff
Melakukan Perhitungan Salary Karyawan (Staff dan Operator)
Membuat Kebijakan Perusahaan Sesuai dengan PP dan UU Ketenagakerjaan
Menyelesaikan Permasalahan Bidang Hubungan Industrial
Membuat laporan bulanan HRD kepada Management

Kualifikasi:

Wanita
Pendidikan Min S1 (Hukum, Psikologi dan HRM lebih disukai)
Berpengalaman min 5 tahun di HRD
Fasih berbahasa Inggris (lisan/ tertulis)
Menguasai BPJS, UU Ketenagakerjaan, PP
Menguasai Perizinan, SVLK, Dan Tenaga Kerja Asing
Menguasai RPTKA, IMTA, KITAS, PASSPORT
Mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan
