Job description for HR Manager at TMP Consulting
- Assess and anticipate HR related needs, develop HR action/strategies based on the assessment to achieve best practice in the business.
- Proactively and regularly evaluate the company business, such as people, processes, programs, systems and HR service delivery in accordance to company and business unit strategy and objectives to identify short and long-term opportunities.
- Collaborate with management teams to implement high quality and efficient business solution/ improvement initiatives.
- Build accountability through recognition, reward, and performance feedback on a regular basis.
- Provide education, training and development guidance to management and employees.
- Recognize and solve employee relations issues in a proactive manner.
- Min. Bachelor's degree majoring in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields.
- HR certification (CHRP/CHRM) strongly preferred.
- Min. 5 years of experience in the Human Resources
- Min. 3 years of experience managing a team in Human Resources.
- Available to start immediately.
