- Responsible for overseeing daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Indonesian Labor Law, and acting as a liaison between management and employees. The primary responsibilities include managing recruitment, payroll, attendance, training, performance evaluation, and employee relations. 负责监督人力资源日常运营工作，确保各项工作符合公司标准操作流程（SOP）及印尼劳动法规定，并作为管理层与员工之间的沟通桥梁。主要职责包括招聘管理、薪酬核算、考勤管理、培训、绩效评估及员工关系管理等。
- Ensure all HR processes run in accordance with established SOPs, including payroll, attendance, and employee administration. 确保所有人力资源相关流程按照既定SOP执行，包括薪酬、考勤及员工日常管理工作
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates and conducting interviews to hiring. 负责招聘全流程管理，包括候选人搜寻、面试安排及录用工作
- Oversee employment contracts, leave records, and administration of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan. 负责劳动合同管理、员工请休假管理，以及社保相关事务管理
- Manage the performance appraisal (PA) process. 负责绩效考核工作的组织与实施
- Handle employee conflicts, disciplinary actions, and industrial relations matters. 处理员工争议、纪律处分及劳动关系相关事务
