Job Description
- Lead and manage end-to-end Human Resources functions, including Employee Relations (ER), Industrial Relations (IR), General Affairs (GA), and Administration.
- Handle complex ER and IR matters, including disciplinary actions, grievance management, dispute resolution, labor union negotiations, and labor union-related issues to maintain industrial harmony.
- Represent the company in discussions and negotiations with labor unions and proactively manage industrial relations issues to minimize operational disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, company policies, and applicable regulations.
- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to factory management, providing HR insights and recommendations to support business objectives.
- Oversee HR operations, including attendance management, payroll coordination, manpower planning, and shift scheduling.
- Lead annual compensation review processes, including salary adjustments and merit increases, aligned with business performance and manpower cost planning.
- Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of performance management systems to ensure fair, objective, and consistent employee evaluations.
- Manage talent management initiatives, including performance appraisal, employee development, succession planning, and retention programs.
- Monitor manpower costs and prepare HR reports, metrics, and analytics to support budgeting and strategic decision-making.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records while ensuring HR data integrity.
- Lead investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution processes in accordance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Manage industrial relations cases involving labor authorities (Disnaker), Bipartite, and Tripartite forums when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 8 years in a managerial position.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CHRP, SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law and Industrial Relations practices.
- Proven experience in handling labor unions, Collective Labor Agreements (PKB/CLA), labor negotiations, and industrial dispute resolution.
- Strong experience in managing employee relations and industrial relations cases, including labor union grievances, disputes, and conflict resolution.
- Mandatory experience in a unionized manufacturing environment.
- Experience in handling cases with labor authorities (Disnaker), Bipartite, and Tripartite forums is highly preferred.
- Experience with ISO, GMP, or other manufacturing compliance standards is preferred.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and HR analytics tools is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and people management capabilities.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
- Willing to be permanently based at the Company's factory in Cilacap, Central Java.
