Job Description:

1. HR Management & Administration: Oversee the overall HR operations, policies, procedures, and administrative functions.
2. Employee Relations and Counselling: Provide guidance, support, and counselling to team members when needed, particularly in relation to personal challenges, workplace concerns, performance issues, or interpersonal conflicts.
3. Team Leadership and Development: Identify employee training and development needs and coordinate relevant development initiatives.
4. International Team Coordination: Conduct regular catch-up meetings with the teams in the Philippines and Nepal to maintain effective communication and coordination.
5. Workplace Culture & Value: Demonstrate and uphold Christian values and principles, including integrity, honesty, compassion, respect, stewardship, forgiveness, and servant leadership.
   
   
   Job Qualification:
   
   1. Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Law.
   2. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in HR Manager position
   3. Labor Law Knowledge: Good understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, including employment contracts, employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and statutory employment requirements.
   4. Language Proficiency: Proficient in written and spoken English, with strong Indonesian communication skills.

   9. Willing to relocate to Belitung, Indonesia, and be based at the company's designated work location.
