Job description for HR Manager at Konnichiwa Group (pt Lima Pilar Sentosa)

Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor of Psychology graduate.
Have work experience as HR Manager min. 5 years.
Mastering and understanding the scope of HR work (recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, work agreements, appraisal, etc.).
Understand and master BPJS and labor laws and regulations.
Able to lead a team and communicate well.
Able to analyze data and details.


Responsibilities:
Review and develop HR Policy, SOP, and HR system according to the latest laws or regulations.
Manage and monitor company documents including internal and external permits (buildings, operational assets, etc.)
Responsible for managing staffing activities, training, document management, evaluation, etc.
Able to be a listener and advisor to employees and teams.
