REQUIREMENTS
- 3–5 years of experience in HR, preferably within event management, experiential marketing, creative agencies, sports, hospitality, or related industries.
- Strong experience in recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, and people management.
- Experience managing project-based teams, freelancers, event crews, or high-volume manpower is a strong plus.
- Good understanding of HR policies, employment regulations, performance management, and HR administration.
- Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and people management skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and changing priorities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, policies, employee lifecycle, and people administration.
- Lead recruitment and manpower planning for permanent employees, project teams, freelancers, and event crews.
- Develop and improve HR systems, processes, performance management, onboarding, and employee development programs.
- Manage employee relations, workplace culture, disciplinary matters, and HR compliance.
- Work closely with project and event teams to ensure effective manpower planning and workforce readiness.
- Support the organization in building a high-performing, collaborative, and execution-driven culture.
