About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on and commercially minded HR Manager to lead and strengthen our HR function in Indonesia.
This role is critical in ensuring ITConnexion operates effectively within Indonesian employment regulations while building strong internal HR structures, processes, and culture aligned with our global business.
You will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, helping navigate compliance, workforce strategy, and organisational development in a growing, service-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and support roles (engineers, service desk, account managers)
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies and SOPs aligned with Indonesian regulations and company objectives
• Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labour laws, including employment contracts, WFO/WFH arrangements, and regulatory requirements
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes with professionalism and fairness
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organisational structure, and performance frameworks
• Establish and drive structured performance review processes and KPIs across teams
• Oversee onboarding, training, and employee engagement initiatives
• Manage compensation, benefits, and HR systems
• Promote a strong, accountable, and high-performance culture
About You
• Fluent business grade English both spoken and written
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Strong, practical knowledge of Indonesian labour law and HR compliance (this is essential)
• Experience in IT, managed services, or fast-paced service environments is highly preferred
• Proven ability to build HR structures, policies, and performance frameworks
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise senior leadership
• Hands-on, proactive, and able to operate both strategically and operationally
