Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end HR functions: recruitment, performance management, training & development, compensation & benefits, and industrial relations
- Develop and implement HR systems, SOPs, and organizational structure to support scalable growth
- Establish and enforce performance evaluation or KPI frameworks
- Design and execute training & development programs to improve team capability and performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in building HR systems, SOPs, and organizational structures
- Possesses a business mindset, not limited to administrative HR functions
- Strong leadership with clear, firm, and effective communication, and the ability to make decisions
