The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives from zero. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
- Manage all general HR functions as recruitment & selection, organizational development, performance management, learning & development, career management, outplacement
- Building end-to-end HR strategy in the scaling up of gift e-commerce
- Establish & develop SOP related to HR functions
- Socialize & monitor SOP to ensure recruitment, transfer, promotion, and termination effective & efficient
- Build culture and corporate value awareness and implementation
- Conduct performance management by using KPI/OKR in each divison with the help from CEO/Head of division
- Prepare induction program for new hire
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Proven working experience as HR manager min 3 years preferably in a startup environment
- Good knowledge of local labor laws and legal requirements
- Excellent communication abilities
- Ability to foster healthy employee relations
- People oriented and results driven
