Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management or related field
- Experience: 5-10 years as HR Manager
- Expertise: Full ownership of HR functions (Learning & Development, Industrial Relations, Organization Development, Compensation & Benefits, Compliance)
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law and employment regulations
- Character: Critical thinker, mature leadership, integrity, excellent communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement group-level HR strategies, policies, and governance across holding and business units
- Act as a strategic advisor to the Board and senior management on people and organizational matters
- Manage competency-based learning, performance management, and leadership development initiatives
- Oversee compensation & benefit and labor compliance frameworks
- Manage employee and industrial relations, including grievance and disciplinary processes
- Drive organization development, structure design, and change management initiatives
- Lead and develop HR (and GA) teams with clear direction and accountability
