Job description for HR Manager (Psikologi) at PT Multi Lini Usaha

Our client, a compressed natural gas solution company is looking for a HR Manager to manage all human resource functions, including employee relations, talent management, and industrial relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR generalist roles, with a focus on fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities

  1. HR Strategy and Planning:
    1. Develop and implement HR policies and strategies in alignment with organizational goals.
    2. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes to attract and retain top talent.
  2. Talent Management:
    1. Manage employee performance evaluation and career development initiatives.
    2. Plan and execute succession planning programs.
  3. Compensation and Benefits:
    1. Develop competitive salary structures and benefits packages to attract and retain employees.
    2. Ensure accuracy and compliance in payroll processing and benefits administration.
  4. Industrial Relations:
    1. Handle industrial relations matters, including negotiations with unions or employee representatives.
    2. Address and resolve disputes, grievances, and disciplinary issues in compliance with labor laws.
  5. HR Operations and Compliance:
    1. Ensure adherence to employment regulations and workplace safety standards.
    2. Maintain employee records and prepare reports for management review.
  6. Employee Engagement:
    1. Foster a positive and inclusive company culture through engagement programs.
    2. Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries.

Requirements

  1. Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology is a must
  2. At least 5 years of experience in a HR generalist role, with a focus on:
    1. Talent acquisition and management
    2. Performance management
    3. Compensation and benefits
    4. Proven experience in Industrial Relations is mandatory.
    5. Experience handling labor unions, dispute resolution, and collective labor agreements (CLA) is an advantage.
