About the role
We are seeking a dedicated HR Manager (Mandarin Speaker) to join our growing team at PT CCM Cosmetic Trading in Jakarta. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and developing HR strategies to support the company's overall business objectives.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures, and programs to enhance employee engagement and performance
- Manage the full employee life cycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and off-boarding
- Serve as a strategic business partner, providing HR expertise and guidance to the leadership team
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
- Assist in the design and delivery of training and development initiatives
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the company's growth and expansion
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, Preferably in the Cosmetics Industry
- Excellent knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and HR best practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
- Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Indonesian languages, with excellent written and verbal skills
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing HR strategies to support business goals
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
