- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee administration.
- Coordinate communication between Chinese management and local employees.
- Manage employment contracts, attendance records, and HR documentation.
- Maintain positive employee relations and handle industrial relations matters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Indonesian labor regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluent in Mandarin is mandatory for daily business communication.
- Min. 3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably with a background as an HR Generalist, Supervisor, or Manager.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, contract management, and industrial relations.
- Prior experience in Chinese enterprises, BPOs, customer service centers, or outsourcing is a plus.
