RESPONSIBILITY
1. Maintain employee documents, employment contracts, attendance and leave records, status changes, and personnel files.
2. Monitor employment administration and alignment of internal policies and documents with applicable requirements; consult legal advisers when needed. 3. Support recruitment, onboarding, employment letters, and employee relations administration.
4. Prepare routine HR reports and protect employee data confidentiality.
PROFILE REQUIRED
- Female.
- At least 5 years of HR experience, especially in administration and employment legal matters.
- Organized, detail oriented, discreet, and familiar with HR compliance processes.
