HR Intern
We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR Intern. This position is ideal for students or fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources within a professional work environment.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Qualifications
Final-year student or fresh graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field. Basic understanding of HR processes,
including recruitment and employee administration.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word); experience with HR systems is a plus.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage time effectively.
Willing to learn, proactive, and responsible.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Assist with the recruitment process, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
Support employee administration and maintain personnel records.
Assist in preparing HR documents, reports, and correspondence.
Help with data entry, filing, and maintaining HR databases.
Support onboarding activities and employee engagement programs.
Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department.
Assist with other HR-related tasks as needed.
