Job description for HR INTERNSHIP at PT. TRIPPER NATURE

Work from Office (Full Time) – 6 Months

Placement: Kawasan MM2100 - Bekasi, Jawa Barat

Requirements:

Min. final year student or fresh graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, or related majors
Have a good in English, speaking and writing
Have Trustworthy, Adaptability, Energetic, & Initiative personality
Have good skills of analysis, organized, teamwork, & communication

Responsibilities:

TO SUPPORT HR FOR:

Task of day to day & other administrative
Process of recruitment & onboarding
The implementation of HR Programs, such as Training or Employee Engangement activity
To making and developing of HR assessment tools
Make sure everything is running smoothly related employee relations
