Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate preferably Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- Interested in building a career in Human Resources.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork.
- Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
- Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, CV screening, interview scheduling, HR interview, and candidate communication
- Support employee onboarding and exit interview processes.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Prepare recruitment reports and other HR administrative documents.
- Support daily HR operational and administrative activities.
- Assist in other HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
