Job description for HR Intern at Scoular Singapore Pte. Ltd.
HR OPERATIONS
- Preparation of any HR-required reports (Annual leave report, headcount data, MOM report)
- Support on New Hire Onboarding
- Requesting of HR required documents for p-file
- Coordinate HR onboarding/conduct new joiner's induction
- Submit new joiner details to the HR Ops team to process in HRIS (ADP).
- Attended employees' queries relating to HR, policies, and the payday system.
- Maintain employee's p-file and archive for easy retrieval and updating of Asia Employee's Information excel file.
- Organizing and scheduling learning events
- Drafting on recurring employee communication
- Assist in projects or administrative task as assigned
SUPPORT ON TALENT ACQUISITION ACTIVITIES
- Job posting via various channels
- Interviews arrangement and coordination
- Screen potential candidates for job openings
- Assist in Career Fair
HR ENGAGEMENT AND PROJECTS
- Support sourcing of courses and management of all government subsidies related to training
- Support on social activities and events (Part of social committee).
- Supporting and participating in Company events.
- Provide support in HR projects (onboarding, offboarding projects, etc.)
