Job description for HR Intern at PT Flux Asia Solusindo
Responsibilities :
- Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details
- Screening potential employees’ resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
- Scheduling interviews with shortlisted candidates
- Post, update and remove job advertisements from job boards and social media platforms once vacancies have been filled
- Preparing and sending draft letters or emails to candidates
- Doing background check
Requirements :
- Final year student with a degree in human resources management, psychology, or related field
- Fluent in English (verbal/written) communication skills
- Available to Work From Office
- Duration of an internship between 6-12 months (starting by the end of January 2022)
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills
